About Us
Level One Building Company has been involved in custom home, multi-family and light commercial construction for over a decade in Summit County. Lou Fishman, president and owner, is directly involved in every aspect of your project. Level One takes on limited projects each year to ensure Lou’s direct involvement from conception to completion.
Lou serves on the Summit County Builders Association Board of Directors, the Summit Combined Housing Authority Board of Directors, Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) Board of Directors, and is also a Commissioner on the Upper Blue Planning Commission.
Lou was nominated 2009 “Builder of the Year” by his fellow builders and the Summit County Builders Association
